Our ducks are guaranteed to be of South-western French origin (Identification of a Protected Origin) and more precisely from the corner of the Landes region, La Chalosse.
The European logo that you find on all our packaging is the proof of this certified origin.
Our ‘red label’ livers come from traditional small animal breeders where the ducks are raised free-range, nourished and fed with grains of whole corn (guaranteed to be GMO free).
The red label guarantees the superior quality of a product. It results from strictly controlled regulations at all stages of production, development and commercialization of a product and you will realise the results on your taste buds!
These livers are especially selected and prepared in a traditional manner. To guarantee the precise flavour they are lovingly seasoned by hand, one by one, to be uniform in size and taste.

All our livers are packed in especially adapted packaging, to conserve the product.
The conserved foie gras are posted to you by registered parcel with a guaranteed delivery time within 48h (in Metropolitan France)
The semi-cooked foie gras needs to be preserved between 0°C and 4°C. To keep them at the required temperature, we pack them in special isotherm boxes. These products, being more perishable, are shipped to you within 24h by express delivery with Chronopost. This form of express shipment means we can maintain the freshness of the foie gras.
The deliveries are made to the place of your choice: at home, to friends or neighbours, or to the office.

We take a great care in the preparation of our foie gras, as well as its packaging. If, however, you are not totally satisfied, we guarantee to refund you the value of the product in question, in full (refund by credit of the same value on your next order).
